"My father is a client here and recently forgot his phone there (unbeknownst to him). When he realized it was missing, it was too late at night and he could not recall where he lost it. The following day, I called and their representative named Blanca let me know that, yes, they had it and would hold on to it for me to pick up. I went in and spoke to Luis who was very polite and attentive when listening to what had occurred. Both Luis and Blanca went above and beyond in helping my father, and I am extremely appreciative for all they did."

"Horrible customer service. They never pick up the phone when you need to make policy changes. Left multiple messages and never a call back for the year I had this agent. Would not recommend this agent and his team. They will answer if you’re trying to purchase insurance otherwise it’s silence. I’ve been trying to cancel my policy for a couple of days now and no one gets back to me."
